His expertise includes structuring build-to-suit and hybrid colocation transactions, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with regulators, utilities, and municipalities to enable strategic developments. He holds a Master of Engineering from University of Oxford and is fluent in multiple languages and experienced in cross-border environments. Neil is recognised for delivering complex projects with precision, commercial insight, and strong stakeholder alignment.
